How can I follow up my order for production and shipment?
Knittersland Platform has got the facility to follow up your order after log in to your account, beside that, once order will be confirmed then you will be given direct access to factory for order follow up.
How can I ensure my quality standard before shipment?
You can have your own Quality Team to ensure Quality or you can employ Third Party for Final Inspection before shipment or you can also take help from Knittersland Prime, which is a supporting hand of Knittersland to follow up order and carry out Final Inspection as per your specified format/guidance for which Knittersland Prime will charge a nominal service charge.
What kinds of shipping options do you offer?
The shipping method is determined by the buyer. Like FOB, CNF, CIF, CIFT etc.
How do I check on the status of my order?
Please sign in to your account and click on “All Orders” to check the status of your required order.
How do I get the shipping documents to follow up on my shipment?
Following shipment, the vendor/Supplier will upload all shipping documents to the Knittersland. As a result, it will be easy to track your merchandise.
I’d like to modify my order.
Before an admin publishes, you can edit your order upon request to the admin. But after publication it is define as an unchangeable confirmed order. If the change is really necessary, you can request that the administrator to remove or not publish your submission.
